AutoWeb Solutions ("we", "us", "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect through this website, why we collect it, and how it's handled, in line with South Africa's Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).
Who we are

What we collect
When you submit the free website audit request form, we collect:
- Company name
- Website URL (if you have one, and choose to share it)
- Contact person's name (optional)
- Email address
- WhatsApp number
We only collect what's needed to prepare and deliver your audit. We don't ask for payment or ID information anywhere on this site.
How we use it
We use this information to:
- Prepare your free website audit
- Contact you on WhatsApp or by email to share your audit results and discuss next steps
- Respond if you reach out to us directly
We don't sell or rent your information to third parties, and we don't use it for anything beyond what's described here.
Where it's stored
Form submissions are processed and stored by Netlify, our website hosting provider, and are accessible only to AutoWeb Solutions. This site also loads fonts from Google Fonts, which involves a request to Google's servers when you visit the page. If you click a WhatsApp link on this site, you'll leave our website and continue the conversation through WhatsApp, which is operated by Meta and governed by its own privacy policy, not ours.
We keep your information only for as long as reasonably needed to provide our services or as required by law, and we take reasonable steps to keep it secure.
Cookies
This website does not use cookies or tracking or analytics scripts.
Your rights
Under POPIA, you have the right to ask what personal information we hold about you, request that it be corrected or deleted, and object to how it's used. To exercise any of these rights, email dyllan.awsolutions@gmail.com. If you're not satisfied with our response, you can lodge a complaint with South Africa's Information Regulator.

We may update this policy from time to time as our services or legal obligations change. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent update.
